Our Image Policy
Target Health would like to ask that all images submitted including, portraits, advertisement banners and logos from other organizations must adhere to our image policy. This allows us to properly maintain a clean, professional and polished web site.
All portrait images submitted to identify academics, researchers, professionals and/or politicians must be sent in JPEG form of the highest possible quality. All images submitted must be in color, no less that 4x6 inches or 10x15 centimeters and at a resolution no less than 150ppi. The portrait image must be clear, crisp and identifiable. Most images taken by cell phones will NOT fall under these requirements. If the image is NOT up to our image policy it will NOT be published on Target Health.
Advertisement Banners must not be more than two colors excluding black and white. The Banner must be of high and legible quality when reduced to smaller sizes. Banners will be reduced to the dimensions of a width of 120 pixels and may not exceed a height of 60 pixels. Giff animation Banners may not animate any more than two giff images, while respecting the above criteria. Any Banner that does not meet this policy will not be denied unless otherwise consulted.
Logos from other Organizations
Logos from other Organizations must not be more than two colors excluding black and white. Logos must be of high and legible quality when reduced to smaller sizes. Logo dimensions will vary depending on organization. However, logos will be reduced to a width of 120 pixels and may not exceed a height of 80 pixels. Note: logo dimensions will be at our discretion to fit the aesthetical requirements of our web site unless otherwise consulted.
All submissions must be sent to Tech@shro.org. In the “subject” text field please indicated clearly the name of the organization or person within the image. In the email please indicate the monthly issue and story title (if possible) of which your image will presented.
